Kelly Elders is a leadership speaker, pastor, and community leader with more than 15 years of experience inspiring individuals and organizations to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact. With a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry, Kelly brings a unique perspective that combines faith, leadership, personal development, and practical life experience.

Throughout her career, Kelly has worked extensively with women in shelters, youth programs, and community initiatives, helping individuals navigate challenges, build confidence, and recognize their potential. She has also served as a keynote speaker for business, community, school, fundraising, and faith-based events.

Kelly is passionate about helping people become stronger leaders, develop their capacity, overcome limiting beliefs, and lead with purpose and integrity.
